To set up an account with Saratoga Liquor, please fill out our Sales Agreement and return it to our office. Along with the completed sales agreement, we will also need a copy of your Seller’s Permit from the State of Wisconsin and a copy of your Liquor License from your city, village, or township.
Once all information is returned to us, we will run a credit check if applying for terms (must provide social security number on last page of Sales Agreement). Otherwise COD terms will apply. We also will need the Guarantor on Account filled out.
For Invoice payments, our customers have the option of signing up for ACH automatic payments from a checking account. If interested, please download, complete and return the ACH form.
We also accept cash, checks and payment services by Fintech.
